The Legal Formalities

 

As per Estate Agents Act 1979, the Property Misdescriptions Act 1996, Anti Money Laundering Regulations and the recent Home Information Pack Regulations. We have therefore, prepared complete document to try to make life as easy as possible for our clients. Unfortunately, we cannot begin marketing a property until we have had all the required information such as evidence of Name, Identity and Address.

 

As soon as we have received required information, your property will be in the market and we do

  1. Contact our buyers through telephone or mail
  2. Publish you property on our websites
  3. Display property details in our offices
  4. Advertise your property in local news paper (if required)
  5. Give you feed back after every viewing
  6. Update you on our marketing progress

 

Please follow below tips to maximize your property value

  1. Pay attention to the outside doors and windows, repaint if necessary
  2. Ensure that the garden is neat and mowed
  3. Of course Keep your home tidy from top to bottom
  4. Turn on all internal lights, particularly table lamps, and under unit lighting in the kitchen.
  5. Make sure the kitchen, bathroom clean and spotless.
