Tenant Fees and Terms

ALL FEES TO TENANTS AND LANDLORDS ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT.

Holding Deposit – 1 weeks rent

To reserve a property, a deposit is required of 1 weeks rent. This will be withheld if you withdraw from the tenancy, fail a right to rent check, provide false or misleading information, or fail to sign your tenancy agreement within 14 calendar days.

Late payment of rent (14 days after rent is due) 3% interest above Bank of England base rate.

Change of Tenant Fee £50 (if you need to add/change a name on a tenancy agreement)

Lost Key Fee (cost will vary dependant on complexity of lock / security device       £ Variable

Tenants are responsible for the cost of replacing any lost keys or security devices.
